We run Illumina genotyping and methylation arrays on our Illumina iScan. We have a long history of running Illumina arrays having bought our first platform in 2005. While many have predicted the death of arrays we continue to run thousands of samples a year, as they are an affordable way to get information on variants and methylation status. We have invested in new Tecan automation to allow us to run the latest generation of arrays.
