PPI bursaries Patient Public Involvement Bursaries are back! The Patient Public Involvement Bursaries are back for 2022. There is no deadline but applications will be awarded until the allocated pot of funding runs out. We encourage applications that aim to involve diverse and underserved patients and communities. We are also encouraging applications which aim to create PPI activity in areas where there are current gaps for NHS Lothian and the University of Edinburgh. Your application will be reviewed by members of our Patient Advisory Group as well as PPI Leads, so please ensure your application is accessible for non-experts Bursaries cannot be used to cover staff time or support existing PPI groups.
